An important requirement aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment is instructions on waste sorting at the construction site, which allows to reduce the cost of further waste processing and reduce the amount of waste placed at the landfill," said Sergey Muzychenko, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities.
The document introduces the requirements for element-by-element dismantling, which allows sorting and maximizing the use of waste, takes into account modern solutions for the demolition of emergency buildings, structures with emergency areas and objects after a fire.
The possibility of using electro-hydraulic robots, demolition excavators with booms up to 60 meters and attachments, diamond cutting technology, etc. has been introduced. This will reduce the time and cost of dismantling, he noted. O. Director of FAU "FCS" Andrey Kopytin.
Safety requirements for work at height, at night, have also been supplemented. When working with an excavator, it is now necessary to use radio intercoms.
