“The average insurance pension of working pensioners is 14,000 rubles. According to the Pension Fund of Russia, the total income of working pensioners averages 66,000 rubles a month,” the ministry said.

In December 2021, the average pension in Russia was 15,842 rubles. According to Rosstat, real pensions in December decreased by 2.9% compared to the same period in 2020 and by 0.8% compared to November 2021.
