Sberbank and Digital Design CJSC have entered into a partnership agreement for the implementation of projects, the bank's press service reports.
The parties plan to jointly develop software for corporate clients with the possibility of embedding digital services of the bank and ecosystem companies into this software.
In addition, the agreement provides for information and technology interaction, exchange of experience and information on potential and ongoing projects, as well as cooperation with companies in the Sber ecosystem.
“Today we have taken the first step to launch a large-scale partnership program with IT solution developers. Thanks to this program, our corporate clients will be able to quickly find partners capable of high-quality implementation of digital transformation projects with the integration of Sber services and products. The first such partner was Digital Design, which is one of the largest software developers in Russia. I am sure that our joint work will help thousands of entrepreneurs improve the efficiency of their activities with the help of the best IT solutions, which will be organically integrated with simple and convenient Sber tools. This mutually beneficial cooperation will be one of the drivers of business digitalization and, ultimately, increasing labor productivity and competitiveness of the economy across the country,” said Anatoly Popov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Sberbank.
The conclusion of the agreement is the first step towards the implementation of Sber's large-scale partnership program with integrators and developers of IT solutions to assist in the digital transformation of business. This program is aimed at forming a network of partners — developers of digital transformation solutions and integrators of Sber products and services throughout Russia.
