The demand for tickets for trains from Anapa and Simferopol increased the most. According to the company's analysts, the number of tickets purchased from Anapa on February 24 from 00:00 to 13:00 increased by 13.5 times compared to the average level of demand for the same hours from February 17 to 23, and from Simferopol - by 18.5 times. times.

Demand for railway tickets from Belgorod increased almost 8 times, from Rostov - 5 times, from Voronezh and Stavropol - about 4 times, from Krasnodar - 3.3 times, from Bryansk, Kursk and Orel - 1.5 times .

The Russian Railways company previously announced that they would fix ticket prices from the southern regions of Russia so that increased demand would not affect the cost of the trip.

The Ministry of Transport also noted that everyone will be able to leave the southern regions, there are enough transport resources for this. Russian Railways will appoint additional trains. There will also be buses.

Earlier, the Federal Air Transport Agency suspended flights to 11 airports in the southern cities of Russia from February 24 to March 2 due to the aggravation of the situation in Ukraine. In particular, flights to Rostov-on-Don (Platov Airport), Krasnodar (Pashkovsky), Anapa (Vityazevo), Gelendzhik, Elista, Stavropol, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, Simferopol have been suspended.
