Russia - More than 200 flights to south from Pulkovo canceled

Russia (bbabo.net), - More than 200 flights to the south and back have been canceled at Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg until March 2, the press service of the air harbor of the Northern capital reports.

In particular, it will not be possible to fly to Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Elista, Stavropol, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, Lipetsk and Simferopol. This is due to the temporary suspension of airports in these cities by decision of the Ministry of Transport.

Pulkovo advises passengers to either postpone their trip or travel to the above cities by train.

Also, flights from St. Petersburg to Chisinau will not be operated. This is due to the closure of the airspace of Moldova.

Planes from Russia will not be able to fly to London either, but, as Pulkovo clarified, there were no direct flights from St. Petersburg to the British capital. Passengers who had tickets to London with a transfer in Moscow should contact the airline offices.
