Russia resumes flights with China and Indonesia

Russia (bbabo.net), - Russia resumes regular flights with China and Indonesia from March 14. This was reported in the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus infection.

Planes will fly to both countries three times a week. Moscow-Beijing, Moscow-Guangzhou and Moscow-Shanghai routes will open to China - one flight for each direction. It will be possible to get to Indonesia only along the Moscow-Denpasar route. Planes will make three flights a week to this city.

The report notes that the decision to resume air traffic was made following a discussion and taking into account the epidemiological situation.

Also, since March 14, foreign flights from Cherepovets International Airport have been resumed.

On December 1 last year, Russia resumed flights with Argentina, Brazil, Bangladesh, Mongolia and Costa Rica. In general, according to the estimates of the International Air Transport Association, air traffic in the world has already recovered by half from the level of 2019.
