Russia - In the Tyumen region, the 2-personal income tax certificate for a children's ticket to the camp was canceled

Russia (bbabo.net), - On the eve of the start of a new health campaign in the Tyumen region, a change was made to the co-financing program. Now, when buying tickets to children's camps, parents are not required to report income. Previously, applying for a "ticket to the summer" with an additional payment of 30 percent in the off-season or 50 percent during the holidays, mothers and fathers had to submit a 2-personal income tax certificate.

“In order to support families, we decided to exclude some legal aspects from the rules, so to speak, to unify approaches,” said Larisa Shilova, president of the Association of Organizers of Leisure and Recreation of the Tyumen Region “We Are Together”. - If people pay half the cost of the tour, then it makes absolutely no sense for them to collect and approve a bunch of papers.

Despite the pandemic, all preferential programs for recreation and health improvement of children have been maintained in Western Siberia at the expense of budget funds. In addition to co-financing vouchers, there will be proposals for rehabilitation (separately for children, as well as for parents with children) in health-improving organizations of the region and the Chernomorsky region of Crimea (last year, for example, almost 1.5 thousand went to the peninsula under the Mother and Child program Tyumentsev). Children in a difficult life situation (these are orphans, disabled people, from low-income families), as before, can count on a free trip to the camp. Children whose parents work in the "red zone", on a rotational basis or have lost their jobs due to the pandemic will have a free rest.

By the way, 250,000 schoolchildren in the Tyumen region are supposed to be covered with vouchers to 660 health-improving organizations. About a billion rubles have been reserved in the regional budget for this.
