Russia - Tyumen teenager started raising bulls to buy a computer

Russia (bbabo.net), - A couple of years ago, on the forum for business representatives "Antifragility", Sasha Sotnikov, a teenager from Golyshmanovo, asked adults: "Can I be considered an entrepreneur at 11 years old, having one bull?" "You can, if you bought an animal, raised it, sold it, and made money on it," Taras Kozhanov, perhaps the most famous goat breeder in Russia, who owns a herd of 12,000, answered him.

Now Alexander already has three bulls and some other living creatures. Last year, a schoolboy from the Siberian hinterland became the hero of a special project of the Institute of Education of the Russian Open Society "Children of Russia" (where he was declared the youngest businessman in the country), captivating experts with an unusual hobby. By the way, a sixth grader learns the difficult science of multiplying rubles by his own trial and error, as well as with the help of parents' advice and the book "Your First Million", which, by the way, he received on the forum mentioned above for "a very vital question."

And it all started quite trivially: the only computer in the Sotnikov-Smolnikov family broke down.

- Sanya decided to download the game, but the hard drive could not stand it - that's, in general, that's all, - Svetlana's mother laughs. - Then the child wanted to buy his own equipment. He already had gift money, and also saved up by picking and selling apples from the plot.

But it was far from the required amount, and the older sister advised: "And you take the bull, fatten it, then hand it over." More than two years have passed since then. The boy never got a new computer - he again invested the first 50 thousand rubles earned in the economy. Dragged out. There are no toys here.

Farming for Sasha began with Mishka, a Holstein bull. Then there were Basya and Bublik. Now the Herefords Senya and Venya, and the head of the local agricultural holding gave the family a Holstein Bison on New Year's Eve. Two rams roam the paddock. In the chicken coop that the guy built after parting with his beloved ATV, red Dutch hens are clucking.

- I calculated: in order to justify the cost of feed, additives, shells, chalk, it is necessary to raise the price of eggs, but the villagers definitely cannot afford it. Therefore, in the spring I will replace laying hens with broilers, - the young farmer argues.

Since last year, the father began to involve his son in haymaking. And again the boy caught fire - he bought an old tractor, now he is repairing it together with his grandfather in order to go into the field already on his own equipment, and not ask relatives.

Alexander clearly plans not only the coming months, but also every day: early in the morning he feeds the animals, cleans in flocks, sits down to study. When the distance learning is canceled, he will return to classes in music (he plays the saxophone) and sports (pulls weights) schools. It seems that such a spread in hobbies only takes time and energy, but in fact everything is in the subject: sports train discipline and endurance, and music helps to cultivate good feelings. While friends spend their days on their phones, he meets interesting people, absorbs new knowledge, works, earns, learns to manage money. Says he's happy.

The child was sent to summer camp. No peace - I was worried that we were not taking care of the household. Now he refuses to rest away from home, - says my mother. And the son objects: they say, he is always ready to go somewhere for a short time - for example, to go fishing or to a water park.

- Do you have a global goal? I ask a teenager.

- Certainly. Own car. I calculated: if I work well, then by the age of 18 I will be able to buy, perhaps, a used, but worthy car. Mom says it's right.

Probably, Sasha Sotnikov can be called a unique child: few of his peers would prefer hard peasant labor to games and social networks. But he knows firsthand how money is made, and is ready to grow and develop along with his business. Recently, relatives told the guy about self-employment. Who knows, maybe at the age of 14 he will decide to take this step.
