Russia (bbabo.net), - The Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg adopted in the first reading a law imposing fines for being barefoot, naked or in smelly clothes in the subway, launching drones and other violations in the subway.

According to RIA Novosti, the majority of deputies voted for the relevant amendments to the city law on administrative offenses.

It is assumed that for the appearance in the subway without clothes and shoes, in bad-smelling clothes or with hand luggage, from which an unpleasant smell emanates, they will be fined from 100 to 500 rubles.

For the use of pyrotechnic devices in the subway and making fires, violators, according to the bill, will pay from two thousand to five thousand rubles. Begging at the stations and in the carriages will cost four to five thousand rubles. Launching drones and moving underground on scooters, skateboards, skates, skis, motorcycles and mopeds will be punishable by a fine of 500 to 3,000 rubles.

In addition, residents of St. Petersburg and guests of the city who will hold political, cultural, religious or sports events in the "subway" without the permission of the administration will bear administrative responsibility. The fine for this will be from one thousand to three thousand rubles. Financial punishment will follow and for drawing inscriptions on cars and in salons.

Passengers are also planned to be fined for descending on the track, delaying the departure of the train and other dangerous actions.

In September 2021, the Petersburg Transport Committee proposed expanding the list of administrative offenses in the metro.
