Russia (bbabo.net) - When the correspondents arrived at the Avilo-Uspensky border checkpoint in the Rostov region, they could not immediately enterritory of the DPR. According to the border guards, the checkpoint works only for exiting the DPR. The arriving refugees, mostly women with children, were assigned to buses that arrived at the border one after another.

When it would be possible to enterritory of the DPR, the checkpoint officer said that he did not have such information yet.

“You see what is happening and what an extraordinary situation,” he added.

At the same time, refugees from the DPR said that the curfew on the night of the evacuation in the DPR was canceled. Meanwhile, a huge line of trucks formed in front of the checkpoint.

The correspondents decided to try to pass through the checkpoint in the morning. However, as it turned out, it is now impossible to settle in a border hotel. There were simply no vacant rooms. And not just numbers. People who crossed the border with bags and things settled down for the night even in the lobby of the hotel, and the nearest hotel in the district center Matveev Kurgan turned out to be fully occupied. We managed to settle down for the night only in Taganrog.
