In Penza, a man attacked the director of a travel agency after communicating with a competing company, TourDom.ru reports.

The head of the travel agency, Oksana Novgorodskaya, said that she was attacked by a client to whom she had previously booked a tour to Egypt for the coming dates on account of an advance payment of 30%.

The man came to the office with a claim that he wants to return the money, as he no longer trusts the company. He explained his decision by the fact that in a neighboring travel agency in the same building he was told that Novgorodskaya was a scammer, and the administration was terminating the lease agreement with her.

The woman offered to write an application for cancellation, specifying that the client would receive the money only after the application was considered by the tour operator. The tourist decided to call the police.

“For an hour and a half, while we were waiting for her [the police], I heard enough insults and threats against me. A man shouted to every passing by that we were scammers. The police finally confirmed the legal basis for my refusal to return the money, took the statements, explanations and left. And when, after 19.00, I began to get ready to go home, the client shouted: “I knew it!” - and pushed me with a run, ”Novgorodskaya said.

The ambulance diagnosed the woman with bruises of the head and soft tissues. On the fact of the incident, the police refused to open a criminal case, imposing administrative responsibility on the man.
