Investigators went to the Patronovka farm, Tarasovsky district, Rostov region, bordering Ukraine, where an uninhabited house was destroyed. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a law enforcement source.

According to the agency, at 4.00 Moscow time on February 19, an explosion was heard 300 meters from one of the households in the village of Mityakinskaya, Tarasovsky district.

“There were reports from residents of the Patronovka farm that the non-residential building where the summer kitchen was located was destroyed today,” the ministry said.

Law enforcement officers follow the place where the projectile fell. Previously, there were no dead or injured during the drop of shells.

About 36 thousand refugees from Donbass have already arrived in the Rostov region. Against the backdrop of what is happening, the governor of the Rostov region signed a decree on the introduction of an emergency regime in the region.

On February 18, the heads of the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR announced the evacuation of citizens, explaining this measure as a threat of an imminent attack by the Ukrainian military.

In turn, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the shelling of the Rostov region from Ukrainian territory.
