Moldova (bbabo.net) - Former MP Chiril Moțpan believes that the struggle between the two right-wing parties - PAS and the DA Platform, which were once allies, could return the left to power. He stated this on the air of a program on TV8.

“If this fight continues, we will destroy each other. Citizens will do this, trust in PAS and the DA Platform will be destroyed, and the left will win again, but it will be an even worse left than before,” said Chiril Moţpan.

At the same time, Moţpan stated that he had information that all PAS members were instructed not to talk to members of the "DA Platform". It is worth noting that this statement was refuted by Vasile Gradinaru, a PAS deputy who was present in the studio.

The statements were made in the context of the latest scandal caused by the decision of the City Council, according to which the land near the UNIC store was sold at a reduced price.

Recall that on Thursday, December 17, a meeting of the Chisinau Municipal Council ended in a scandal after a land plot of 1.3 hectares near the UNIC store was sold to the owners of the shopping center for 2.6 million lei, which is about 10 times less than the market value.

Socialist advisers and representatives of the "DA Platform" voted for this decision. In protest, PAS representatives left the meeting room, the project was approved by 27 votes. Subsequently, the PAS advisers applied to the State Chancellery with a request to challenge the decision of the PSRM and DA Platform advisers in court.
