Russia - Putin signed decrees recognizing the LPR and DPR

Russia (bbabo.net), - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decrees recognizing the republics of Donbass, as well as, with the participation of the heads of the DPR and LPR, friendship treaties with the republics.

The ceremony took place in the Catherine's Hall of the Kremlin. The Russian leader, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, and the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, sat at separate tables.

First, Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the Donetsk People's Republic, then the Lugansk People's Republic.

After that, Putin and Pushilin signed an agreement on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance between the Russian Federation and the DPR, followed by a similar document was signed with the leader of the LPR Pasechnik.

"Congratulations," the Russian president told the leaders of the LPR and DPR at the end of the ceremony.

Then Vladimir Putin had a conversation with Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, the Kremlin website reports.
