In the DPR did not rule out the offensive of the Ukrainian army

The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, said on the Soloviev LIVE Youtube channel that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky could be pushed into an offensive operation in the Donbass.

“Going on a full-scale offensive is one of the options, the second option is when Zelensky can decide on this order. That is, we see it, everything is ready for it. He may be encouraged to do so. Someone can go on the offensive, and someone can go the other way to the rear, with weapons in their hands ... Therefore, the situation can go into such a frenzy, and how to catch it now, how to bring it to a legal course, this is now a problem ... not one month,” he said.

The optimal scenario for the development of events is the withdrawal of Ukrainian armed forces from the territory of the republic, the head of the DPR noted in the same interview.

Earlier, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya warned Kiev that after the recognition of the independence of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Russia would begin to monitor the ceasefire in Donbass.

Prior to this, Zelensky said it was impossible to predict Russia's actions, adding that the Ukrainian army was "ready for anything."
