Putin signed a law specifying the number of weapons that Russians can own

Russia (bbabo.net), - Vladimir Putin signed a law specifying the number of civilian weapons that Russians are allowed to own.

The new law specifies the number of civilian weapons of certain categories that citizens of the Russian Federation are allowed to own. For example, the maximum number of "hunting smooth-bore long-barreled firearms and (or) hunting long-barreled firearms with a rifled barrel" is increased to ten units.

The document, among other things, introduces a number of conditions under which Russians will be able to obtain a license to purchase long-barreled hunting firearms with a rifled barrel.

It also introduces a ban on collecting weapons without the right to purchase them.

In addition, it is established that the repair of civilian and service weapons, including the repair and replacement of the main parts of firearms, may be carried out by legal entities that have a license to do so. This also applies to the maintenance of civilian weapons.
