"The president hears the opinions of everyone and understands the proportions of those who have a different point of view, and those who are sympathetic to such forced operations," the Kremlin spokesman said, answering a relevant question.

He agreed that Russian citizens may have different points of view regarding the special operation of the Russian Federation. And the task of the country's leadership is to give a clear explanation of their actions, Peskov stressed.

"We need to better explain to these citizens. This is also absolutely understandable," he said.

Recall that the special military operation began on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the actions in Ukraine are a necessary measure.
