Answering journalists' questions, he noted that one should apply to the RF Ministry of Defense for assessments of the results of the Russian military operation.

"We are not authorized to give any assessments. This is not within our competence of the course of the military campaign, a special operation. This is the exclusive prerogative of the Ministry of Defense. We recommend that you contact them for comments," he said.
