On the eve of another humanitarian cargo sent by the Muslims of Bryansk.

Food packages intended for refugee families include canned vegetables and fish, various cereals, sunflower oil and other items, Bryansk News reports.

The deputy imam of the prayer house in Bryansk, Isroil Samiev, in an interview with the publication noted that when forming the humanitarian cargo, the believers also took into account the fact that there are many children among the refugees. Sweets were purchased especially for them - gingerbread, cookies and condensed milk.

Samiyev stressed that supporting refugees is the common duty of the citizens of our multinational country, which has always taken care of the needy and oppressed.

“The most important thing I would like to convey to refugees from Ukraine is our warmth, care and friendship […] Today, thousands of Ukrainian refugees have found shelter in Russia. Their houses remained in the territory, where now it is restless. We must support people and help them. Russia does not leave in trouble,” the deputy imam emphasized.
