Moldova - A protest rally is taking place in the center of Chisinau:

Moldova (bbabo.net) - Dozens of socialists and communists are protesting at this time at the presidential residence. Demonstrators chant: "No dictatorship! Crazy times! Down with Maia Sandu!" The protesters demand fair justice and are dissatisfied with the poverty in the country.

The authorities introduce caesura to take away the fundamental freedoms of the Moldovan society. This was stated at a protest rally near the presidential residence by the deputy of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists Konstantin Starysh.

- This power is the power of restrictions and pressure. This is the power to intimidate dissenters. For 30 years, our society has achieved basic freedoms - freedom of speech and thought. Today they are trying to take it away from us, - said the Old Man.

All PAS promises remained only promises, and the life of the people after Maia Sandu came to power only worsened. This was stated during a protest rally at the residence of the President of the country by the municipal councilor from the PSRM Alexander Odintsov.

- Do you feel how we are Europeanizing in terms of spending? Pensions are indexed by 14% and prices rise by 25%. Remember how the Prosecutor General was arrested 5 minutes before a press conference at which he was going to talk about the defendants in the theft of a billion from the presidential administration and parliament? Is this also European justice? The authorities feel that people are waking up, that a veil is falling from their eyes, - said socialist Alexander Odintsov.

The PAS government established a dictatorship in the country. The presidency, parliament and other state institutions were seized by the “yellow plague”, which, with the help of pocket prosecutors, began to intimidate opposition representatives through contract cases. This was stated by PSRM MP Vasile Bolea at a protest rally organized on Friday in front of the presidency.

“Unfortunately, those who are in power today do not want peace and stability in the country. They preferred lawlessness to peace and stability. Together with the prosecutor's office, they are trying to intimidate us,” said Vasily Bolya.

The deputy noted that the cases opened against the chairman of the Cahul region, Marcel Cenushe, and the deputy of the PSRM, Radu Mudryak, are sewn with white thread. The socialist stressed that with the help of loyal prosecutors, the PAS government acts in the same way as under the Plahotniuc regime.

“We have political prisoners in our country. A dictatorship was established in the country. The dictatorship of people who lied to the citizens that they would bring back justice and fairness to the country, but we see what kind of justice they are doing,” Bolya said.

The Socialist also named the prosecutors who act on the orders of the government, among them the acting Prosecutor General Dumitru Rob, Viorel Morari and others.

“The list is much longer. We will open a black list of those who are engaged in political custom-made cases so that citizens know about them. Over time, they will also be held accountable. Justice against them will not be blind. Everyone will get what they deserve,” the deputy said.

The PAS adopts insignificant laws to throw dust in the eyes of the people, and the initiatives of the opposition to help people are deliberately ignored by the PDS. This was stated by the deputy from the opposition Elena Bodnarenko.

- Deceived pensioners who were promised higher payments. They deceived the doctors, who were deprived of a salary increase. Moreover, they are deprived of benefits of 16 thousand lei in case of infection with coronavirus at the workplace. These are the people who risked for two years saving our lives. This is what the current government is doing, passing laws that push prices up and block the opposition's proposals to improve people's lives, - said Elena Bodnarenko, deputy of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists, during a protest rally near the presidential administration.

The PAS government is a real danger for the Republic of Moldova, which will lead the country to the abyss, - said the deputy of the bloc of communists and socialists, Grigore Novac, during a protest near the presidential residence.

“During Holy Week, they made us come out to protest against what the PAS is doing. They declared a state of emergency yesterday. I think the state of emergency should have been declared as soon as this government came into power. They are the real danger for the Republic of Moldova, they are the ones who lead the country into the abyss, they humiliate the pensioners. People have been forgotten. They don’t care about the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, what people will have on the table during the Easter holidays. But they love each other: they have increased presidential administration budget! Gave millions for the constitutional court. Dear liar, you promised to cut the cost of the presidential residence, but increased it. If we do not say NO to this disaster government, we will lose this country. The liar from the 3rd floor will be honest with the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, because they are like that, and therefore some embassies and curators dictate to them from abroad,” said Grigory Novak.
