Mizintsev also said that the "Hot Line" of the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, federal executive authorities, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and various public organizations over the past day received 27 requests for evacuation to Russia, to the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as to the areas of Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kharkov and Kherson regions liberated by the Russian Armed Forces.

“In total, there are 2,760,441 such appeals in the database from 2,139 settlements of Ukraine and from the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic controlled by the Kyiv authorities,” the general said.
