According to him, the Russian delegation has not yet received a US visa to participate in the activities of the UN General Assembly session.

It is already clear that the only real solution to the problems with the systematic willful failure of the United States to comply with its international legal obligations is the immediate launch by the Secretary General of the arbitration procedure provided for in Section 21 of the Central Institutions Agreement. Everything else will be just an imitation of the settlement of problems against the backdrop of the continued rapid degradation of the situation,” Leonidchenko said at a meeting of the UN committee on relations with the host country.

As the diplomat pointed out, it is necessary to put an end to the failure of the United States to fulfill its obligations as a country hosting the UN headquarters.

“Washington should not be convinced of its complete impunity and the ability to continue to violate its obligations under the agreement (on the host),” Leonidchenko noted.
