Russia and the CIS (bbabo.net) - Students of spiritual educational organizations can count on a deferment from partial mobilization. The signing of the relevant decree by Russian President Vladimir Putin became known on Thursday morning.

According to the document, students who receive their first higher education are entitled to a deferment from military service, provided that they study in one of two departments - full-time or part-time (evening).

The decree also applies to students, graduate students and residents receiving secondary and higher professional education in the framework of programs accredited by the state.

The deferment is also provided for those who study in organizations belonging to innovative scientific and technological centers, as well as in spiritual educational organizations.
