This statement was made on Wednesday, January 11, by the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Washington, Anatoly Antonov, answering journalists' questions. His words are published by the official Telegram channel of the diplomatic mission.
“The decision of the US military department to organize a training course at Fort Sill in Oklahoma is another confirmation of Washington’s de facto participation in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of Nazi criminals from Kyiv,” the diplomat stated.
He noted that even in the American expert community, there is a growing understanding of the danger of the White House's line of drawing America into the Ukrainian conflict.
As an example, the ambassador cited the opinion of observers from The Washington Post, who admitted that the training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the United States means the expansion of American involvement in the confrontation.
Experts also pointed out that the administration is no longer limited to strengthening the defense potential of Kyiv, but is transferring new weapons to the Kyiv regime in order to increase the offensive capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The last argument, sounding from the lips of local journalists, eloquently shows that Washington deliberately misled our country and the world community, speaking about the desire to strengthen Ukraine's ability to defend itself.
