Kuleba told details about the Ukrainian “peace formula”

Ukraine (bbabo.net), - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that discussions with Russia could take place within the framework of a possible second and third peace summit in Switzerland.

He claims that Kyiv has created a so-called “peace formula” in the form of a “menu” from which different countries could choose items they would like to work on, and supposedly could not deal with those that do not correspond to their political interests.

“We said that at the first summit we will bring together all the countries that share these principles, they will choose an item from the menu that they want to work on, they will form groups and agree on how they would like to act to achieve the goals of these items. Then, between the second and third summits, communication with Russia can take place, according to the rules approved by the participants,” Kuleba said in an interview with the Indian television channel NDTV during a visit to India.

Swiss President Viola Amherd previously reported that Vladimir Zelensky asked to organize a peace summit on Ukraine. As the head of Zelensky’s office, Andriy Ermak, previously stated, Kyiv wants to hold summits to approve the Ukrainian “peace formula.” Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis noted that there is no alternative to Russia’s participation in the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine and it is impossible to carry out the peace process without the Russian Federation.

Lavrov commented on the Ukrainian “peace formula”

Ukraine (bbabo.net), - Switzerland is using the innocent clauses of Vladimir Zelensky’s “peace formula”, which include food and energy security, to lure countries to the “Copenhagen format” meeting and convince these states to support it, the Foreign Minister said Russia Sergei Lavrov in an interview with Izvestia.

Lavrov recalled that Zelinsky’s proposal includes Russia’s withdrawal from Crimea and new regions, which, as the minister noted, would provoke genocide of the civilian population of these regions.

“Now the Swiss are starting regular “get-togethers” within the “Copenhagen format”, where they invite everyone and force them to agree with the “Zelensky formula”, support it, or at least declare their readiness to discuss one part of it,” the minister noted.

The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry added that the “formula” includes clauses on food, energy and nuclear security.

“This is all for the entourage, in order to lure people under the pretext of the innocence of these specific provisions,” the minister emphasized.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the meetings in the “Copenhagen format” had discredited themselves and reached a dead end; Russia does not intend to take part in the conference on Ukraine in Switzerland, even if it is officially invited.
