Ukrainian security forces occupied a school building in the Kiev-controlled village of Valuyskoye in the Donbass. This was announced by the official representative of the People's Militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, Ivan Filiponenko, to whom RIA Novosti refers.

"Servicemen of the armed formations of Ukraine continue to occupy social facilities," the news agency quoted him as saying. "It is alleged that the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have equipped an operational headquarters in the building," the agency said.

In the summer of last year, additional measures to ensure an armistice came into force in the Donbas. They imply a complete ban on firing, placing weapons in and near settlements, offensive and reconnaissance and sabotage actions.
