Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Olivier Mornet confirmed that the event dedicated to the announcement of the new generation Lada Vesta (Vesta FL) will take place on March 22 in Moscow.

The leaders of Lada dealerships have been invited to the presentation, however, in the event that the situation with COVID worsens, the company may cancel the physical event and hold the presentation online. In any case, ordinary users will see it online.

Olivier Mornet said that Vesta has always occupied a special place in the Lada model range: “It was Vesta that set the modern standard for Lada design. It was Vesta that returned the popularity of station wagons to our country. And it is Vesta in its new generation that is ready to "invent" the car anew and completely rewrite the "rules of the game" in the segment.

Earlier, Olivier Mornet reported that the updated Lada Vesta would arrive in Russian dealerships by mid-2022.

ABB has equipped with its industrial robots an updated press line at the Izhevsk Automobile Plant of the AvtoVAZ Group, where cars of the Lada Vesta FL families are produced.

It also became known that AvtoVAZ will greatly increase prices for all Lada cars from March 1.
