Rumors that the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 3D card will use the GA103 GPU, which is based on the mobile GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, have been officially confirmed. Three video cards based on GA103 were introduced by Zotac. Thus, in different versions of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti released at different times, you can find three different GPUs: GA104-200 (in the very first version), GA104-202 (in the LHR version) and now GA103-200.

In the case of Zotac, 3D cards based on the GA103-200 have an X at the end of the model designation. For example, RTX 3060Ti-8GD6 X-GAMING GOC-X. The GA103 is a fairly powerful GPU, but the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti based on it is no different from the regular one on the GA104. This means that 2816 of the 7680 CUDA cores are disabled.

Interestingly, Nvidia has kept quiet about the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti for now. It is possible that such video cards will not be supplied to all markets. But at least in China they will definitely be sold.
