IKEA has not resumed the online sale in Russia

IKEA failed to resume the online sale for ordinary users in Russia. The store took a break for the weekend, promising to solve the problems, but customers still cannot purchase the goods.

At the moment, the Russian IKEA website is malfunctioning. Visitors are greeted with the following messages:

Our site is overloaded, so you are on the waiting page. After some time, we will return you to IKEA.ru to make a purchase. Please do not refresh the page.

In addition, the company confirmed the following: “It will not be possible to make a purchase now. We are processing orders that have already been accepted and are working hard to resume sales.”

Last week, the Public Consumer Initiative sued the IKEA group of companies. The plaintiff stated that IKEA is withdrawing from the Russian market without securing the rights of buyers who are deprived of the opportunity to receive maintenance, repair, replacement and return of goods.

The company's website went down and out several times.
