The Progress M-UM spacecraft, which delivered the last Russian module, undocked from the ISS

The instrument cluster of the Progress M-UM spacecraft, which delivered the last Russian module to the International Space Station a month ago, undocked from the ISS. The broadcast is available on the Roscosmos website.

The propulsion system of the spacecraft should start braking at 6:45 Moscow time, it will work for almost 13 minutes and give the spacecraft the impulse needed to de-orbit. The instrument-assembly compartment will enter the Earth's atmosphere at 7:22 Moscow time and begin to collapse in three minutes.

Fireproof structural elements will fall in the Pacific Ocean, according to preliminary data, 2460 kilometers from the capital of New Zealand Wellington and more than 7 thousand kilometers from the Chilean capital Santiago.

On November 27, Russian cosmonauts boarded the Prichal module. The module is equipped with five ports for receiving manned and cargo ships, as well as various modules. Rogozin stressed that the Prichal would be one of the most important prototypes for the creation of a Russian orbital service station.
