AMD unveiled the low-end Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card with 4GB of GDDR6 video memory and 16MB of fast Infinity Cache, according to Videocardz, at the CES 2022 electronics show. The new graphics card will be available on the market from January 19 for a suggested retail price of $ 199.

AMD has revealed that the Radeon RX 6500 XT dual-slot graphics card is based on the Navi 24 XL graphics chip (on the RDNA2 architecture). This is the first 6nm graphics processor from AMD to be released for the desktop. The video card has 16 processing units and 1024 stream processors. The operating frequency of the GPU in gaming mode is 2610 MHz, in Boost mode the card is overclocked to 2815 MHz. The bit width of the video card memory bus is 64 bits.
