Huge next generation AMD processor lit up in photo, including X-ray

New photos of AMD's monstrous Epyc Genoa processors have leaked online. Recall that such CPUs will be released this year and will offer up to 96 cores.

The copy in the photo, however, contains only 16 cores. He will probably be the youngest in the new lineup. At the same time, of course, its dimensions are just as impressive. The source says the frequency in this case is 3.7 GHz and the TDP is 195 W, but it is unclear if these are final specifications.

Also, interestingly, there is an X-ray, which is rare when it comes to the processor, which will be released in almost a year.

But it clearly shows that the CPU contains only two chiplets and that there can be 12 of them in total. Thus, each chiplet, as before, contains eight cores.
