15% of employees would like to leave for another place due to dissatisfaction on the part of the authorities with the quality of their work, 10% - due to staff reductions or the closure of the organization, another 10% - due to unwillingness to do unloved business.

Most of all, people working in the areas of public catering (16%), accounting, finance, banks (14%), sales (12%), among workers (10%), and retail trade (9%) thought about changing jobs this year. %), education, science, etc. (8%).

19% of survey participants would like to move into the IT sector, 14% - into the service sector, 10% - into logistics, about 5% of respondents set out to open their own business.

At the same time, 66% of Russians noted that when finding a job in a new place, they would first of all prefer a high salary with its modern indexation.

The survey was conducted among 1,730 people throughout Russia.
