According to Kuban-TV, more than 60 sections of roads were flooded in the city due to melting snow. In some places, the water reached the steps of the entrances.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in 25 municipalities of the region, due to flooding, they introduced a high alert regime. In the region, 781 adjacent territories remain flooded, of which 254 houses have been flooded, as well as 67 low-lying sections of roads in 16 settlements of 4 municipalities - Slavyansky, Temryuksky, Krasnoarmeisky, Goryacheklyuchevsky districts and Krasnodar itself. The most difficult situation is observed in the Slavyansky district, where 688 adjacent territories are flooded, the department noted. The Ministry of Emergency Situations used motor pumps, fire and sewage equipment to pump out water.

Meanwhile, weather forecasters promise the inhabitants of Krasnodar warming and precipitation, and then the temperature will drop below zero. The Ministry of Emergency Situations warned residents of the region about flooding due to rising river levels.
