The head of the Association of Russian Police Trade Unions, Alexei Lobarev, in a conversation with, suggested that the conflict in the St. Petersburg police department, where two traffic police inspectors and an on-duty operative had a fight, was the fault of the girl.
The incident occurred on January 31 in the police department of the Vasileostrovsky district. Traffic police officers Alexander Kolesnikov and Dmitry Perenyuk entered into a skirmish with operative Alena Yudina, who was asked to show her ID. She refused and insulted the inspectors in obscene form, and also attacked them with her fists, as a result of which she was twisted. All three were subsequently fired from law enforcement.
Responsibility for this, according to Lobarev, lies with Yudina herself, since she had to respond adequately to the request to show the documents.
“It is a pity that she was not able to show operational vigilance, resourcefulness and get out of this conflict gracefully. After all, to present a certificate is nothing special, all citizens ask us for it, and we are all used to it. I am against layoffs. The fact is that we very quickly, in order to relieve tension in society, draw a sword and indiscriminately remove it, after which they are even more afraid to communicate, they quit, ”said the head of the trade union.
In fact, a criminal case was also opened against Kolesnikov for exceeding his powers (part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) - Yudina received a closed fracture of the left humerus as a result of his actions.
