Rescuers evacuated people from the stopped cable car at Krasnaya Polyana in Sochi. This is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the resort.

“Medical assistance was not required. All evacuees received hot drinks and an opportunity for heating," the press service added.

According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region, the stop occurred due to a power surge, and repair work is currently being carried out at the site. Later it became known that 37 people were saved.

In fact, the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory organized an investigation.
