The issue of the arrest of the defendants in this high-profile case was considered by the Istra City Court. During the meeting, the judge ruled to detain the person involved in the case, Akbarali Burkhonov, until April 28. Earlier, another attacker, Nazirkul Bobokulov, was arrested by the court. During the meeting, it was announced that the defendants had purchased ax handles in advance in order to use them for the attack.

On Wednesday, February 9, at night, several intruders, wearing masks, broke into a store in the village of Novopetrovskoye and beat its employees. As a result of this attack, the Pyaterochka cashier died, the store director and his wife were hospitalized. The robbers stole 96 thousand rubles.

The police detained four participants in the crime. A criminal case has been opened on robbery and grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim.
