Recall that on February 11, snow and ice fell on a boy born in 2011 from the roof of house 23 on Volokolamsky Prospekt Tver.
- The child suffered numerous bodily injuries and head injuries, which are regarded as serious bodily harm. The boy was taken to the intensive care unit of the children's regional clinical hospital, - said Valeria Pavlova, the official representative of the investigative department of the RF Investigative Committee for the Tver region.
The Moscow Interdistrict Investigation Department of Tver opened a criminal case on the fact of injuring a child under clause "c" of part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers, which negligently caused grievous harm to human health).
According to investigators, the services of the HOA in managing the named apartment building did not meet safety requirements, since the roof of the building was not cleared of snow and ice in a timely manner.
