A ten-year-old schoolgirl was taken to the hospital as a result of ice falling on her from the roof of a five-story building in Tula. This was reported on the website of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region.

In connection with the incident, a criminal case was opened under the article “Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life and health of consumers.”

Investigators found out that on February 1, a 10-year-old student was walking along Polyusnaya Street along a residential building.

“At this time, a piece of ice fell on the girl from the roof. The minor was hospitalized with injuries, she is receiving the necessary medical assistance, ”the press service of the department explained.

Law enforcement agencies arrived at the place where the girl was injured, and an investigation into the circumstances of the incident began.

Soon it is planned to evaluate the work of persons responsible for removing snow and ice from the roof of a five-story building.

Earlier in Balashikha, two children and a woman were hospitalized after ice fell.
