In St. Petersburg, two traffic police inspectors beat a criminal investigation officer right in the police station. On the street, she made a remark to them - the men parked their car inconveniently in the service parking lot. In response, the inspectors demanded a police officer's certificate from the girl in order to detain her and write a report on her. The policewoman refused and went to the department, the inspectors caught up with her, as a result, the verbal skirmish turned into a fight. The men severely detained the employee of the criminal investigation department, breaking her arm. Now the girl is in the hospital, the traffic police inspectors have been detained, and a criminal case has been opened against one of them. As reported in the head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, all three have already been fired - "for discrediting reasons." The conflict broke out between 24-year-old lieutenant of the criminal investigation department Alena Yudina from the 37th police department of the Vasileostrovsky district and two lieutenants of the traffic police of the same district, 34-year-old Alexander Kolesnikov and 25-year-old Dmitry Perenyuk. The latter, at about 11 pm on January 31, brought a detained migrant to Yudina's department along with his car. At the same time, the inspectors parked the cars in the service parking lot so that they blocked the exit for everyone else.
At this time, Yudina, who was on duty, had to leave the department on call. She asked the inspectors to drive away the cars in order to clear the passage. They refused. The Mash Telegram channel writes that during the conversation “it came to non-parliamentary expressions,” after which the offended inspectors demanded the girl’s service certificate. The lieutenant refused and returned to her department. However, the State Traffic Inspectorate went after her. What happened next was caught on video.
On the recording, the case takes place in the duty section of the department. Kolesnikov repeats Yudina's demand to show him her identity card, explaining that she is in civilian clothes and is in the police building with weapons (the girl had a service pistol with her).
“I will write a report about insulting a traffic police officer. You insulted me, you spoke obscene language to me. I’ll detain you now and take you to Gromov’s duty unit, and I’ll call the person in charge of the central office here, ”Kolesnikov is indignant.
Yudina replied that she was "on duty operas." From the window of the duty unit, the inspectors also confirmed several times that they were talking to a criminal investigation officer. "Stop, what do you want?" the operative asked.
However, this did not suit Kolesnikov, he said that Yudina "should be able to talk normally." In parallel, Yudina called someone on the phone and asked what she should do in this situation. In the video, she never once showed her ID. Once she interrupted Kolesnikov's monologue, who repeated the request for a certificate, with the words: "Shut your mouth, I'm not talking to you."
As a result, the lieutenant pushed Kolesnikov in the chest with the words: “Are you crazy or something, ..... (damn it)!”. After that, she tried to get away from the inspectors.
Hold her! She won't go anywhere. She used physical force against me!” Kolesnikov shouted to his partner.
After that, they carried out a harsh detention. The video shows that from one of the blows, Yudina flew off into the glass of the window of the duty unit, from where they shouted: “What are you doing, this is our employee!”. Then they threw her to the floor and twisted her hands behind her back. At the same time, the girl screamed loudly.
As it turned out later, during the arrest, the lieutenant's left arm was broken and his shoulder muscles were torn. The operative was hospitalized in the Mariinsky hospital. The rest of the department officers detained and disarmed the traffic police inspectors.
As a result, a criminal case was opened against Kolesnikov for abuse of authority (part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code).
“According to the investigation, on the night of January 31 to February 1, 2022, in the premises of the police department, exceeding his official powers during the conflict with the detective of the criminal investigation department of this department, he pushed her with his hands in the chest, as a result of which the victim hit her back and head against the wall. Then the suspect threw her face down on the floor and jerked her hands behind her back, causing physical pain and a closed fracture of the left humerus to the victim, ”summed up the Investigative Committee.
The policeman himself managed to file a report on the violation of public order against the operative Yudina, the Baza Telegram channel reports.
He said that the junior lieutenant "talked tactlessly" with the detained citizen of Uzbekistan, who was brought by traffic cops.
After that, as Kolesnikov writes, he and his colleague pointed this out to Yudina, and she attacked them with insults. The traffic police officer asked to bring the operative to responsibility under the article "Insulting a representative of the authorities."
In turn, Kolesnikov's colleague Dmitry Perenyuk recorded injuries after a fight with a woman (closed TBI and suspected concussion). And he demanded to bring her to justice under a criminal article - he believes that his injuries were the result of the actions of Yudina, who pushed him.According to the Telegram channel Rise, all three police officers have already been fired after a fight in the duty unit.
"The leadership of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region decided to dismiss these employees from the internal affairs bodies on discrediting grounds," the press service of the head office said.
