Recall that the defendants (a total of 22 people in the case) united in a criminal community in order to arrange computer hacks and turn fraudulent schemes, which they successfully did for some time. According to the investigation, from December 2015 to April 2016, accomplices gained access to the local computer networks of large banks, travel agencies, construction and food companies using a virus. Hackers stole more than 1.2 billion rubles in this way.

The state prosecution asked for the defendants, depending on the role of each, from six to 18 years in prison.

It should be noted that one of the members of the group escaped from justice and is wanted, another previously concluded a pre-trial agreement and has already been sentenced to five years in a penal colony.
