Specialists of the real estate agency Est-a-Tet have identified the most advantageous way to get a mortgage at the moment. This was reported by Lenta.ru, which had at its disposal the agency's study.

Est-a-Tet noted an increase in rates on standard housing loans. If a few months ago the average rate did not exceed 10%, now this figure is 10.44%. The authors of the study warned that mortgages will continue to rise in price in the first half of 2022.

However, if you take advantage of the state preferential mortgage program, the rate may be reduced by more than two times.

“This is especially interesting for families with children - now they have the opportunity to take a mortgage loan at a rate of 3.7 percent. There were no such affordable conditions even in 2020, when the program just started,” analysts said.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to develop a state program of preferential mortgages for scientists.
