In Ukraine, the court seized five foreign ships that had previously called at the ports of Crimea. This was reported on the website of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

“The Kherson City Court arrested 5 vessels that violated the procedure for entering and exiting the occupied peninsula and, thus, were a tool for committing a crime,” the report says.

It is not known which countries the ships belonged to.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is conducting special tactical exercises in the Kherson region near the border with Crimea under the supervision of President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The maneuvers take place on the territory of the villages of Kalanchak and Novoalekseevka. During the exercise, law enforcement officers will practice responding to facts of illegal crossing of checkpoints, an attempt to destroy a dam that blocks water supplies to the peninsula, the release of seized administrative buildings and the elimination of armed groups.
