The list is quite extensive. In addition to what can be seen in any forest park anyway: sculptures, vending machines, lanterns, bird houses, lanterns and other objects necessary for civilized recreation, it also includes quite specific positions. For example, a prospecting well, equipment for arranging exploration areas, a barn and even a helipad, although without a hard surface.
“The purpose of such a list is to increase the attractiveness of the sites for use by tenants,” said the head of the Russian Ecological Society (REO), Rashid Ismailov. “The territories require development, and for this it is necessary to create appropriate conditions - infrastructure. I emphasize that in this case we are talking about non-capital construction projects ".
Ecologists believe that such an arrangement of the forest area - whether it be a suburban protective forest or a dense taiga - will not bring much damage. In the case of people leaving, the territory will calmly overgrow with trees over time.
This list should supplement another prepared by the Ministry of Natural Resources earlier. It lists the objects of capital construction. According to Konstantin Kobyakov, coordinator of the WWF Russia forest program, all the buildings that may be required by companies working in the forest were collected in that code. As a result, he believes, it will be possible to create real production sites on the lands of the forest fund, which may adversely affect the state of the forest.
The list of non-capital, light objects causes no such concerns among environmentalists. Ismailov draws attention only to the section that lists facilities for geological exploration of the subsoil.
"Here tenants need to provide additional environmental protection measures," he explained. "Such work is associated with an active impact on the natural environment. This means that it is necessary to use environmentally friendly technologies." This will prevent the risk of groundwater contamination.
