Russia (bbabo.net) - In the Central District Court of Volgograd, a debate took place between the parties in a criminal case of causing death due to a quarrel in a parent's chat, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reports.

The State Prosecution suggested that the main defendant be sentenced to 13 years in prison, his sister - seven years, and brother-in-law - ten years. A woman is offered to serve her sentence in a general regime colony, for men - a strict regime colony.

Recall that on October 3, 2020, a quarrel occurred between the accused and the father daughter’s classmate due to correspondence in the parent chat. The woman told her husband about the incident, who called the man and demanded a personal meeting. The 41-year-old father of a classmate offered to meet at a bank branch in the city center. The woman's husband and her brother arrived at this meeting, who, without explaining the reasons, immediately struck the man several blows on the head. The victim died from his injuries at the hospital.

As part of the investigation of the criminal case, the involvement of a 31-year-old Volgograd citizen in an incident with a neighbor, whom he had previously threatened to kill, was established.
