According to reports, the incident occurred on February 14 in the village of Sennoy, Volsky district. As the mother of the victim told local media, that day her son was heading to a friend when a pack of eight stray dogs attacked him on Solopova Street.

As a result, the animals tore the child's clothes and caused bodily harm by biting his leg. He needed medical help.

“An objective legal assessment will be given to the actions of persons responsible for trapping stray animals,” the UK release says.

In addition, a local resident claims that her son is not the first to suffer from stray dogs in the village.

Earlier it was reported that officials and dog owners plan to be fined 200 thousand rubles for animal attacks.
