Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the head office of the RF IC near Moscow, spoke about checking media information about beating a child with a piece of raw meat in one of the development centers, RIA Novosti reports.

“A check was organized on media information aired on the federal channel that parents of children with developmental disabilities were receiving complaints about ill-treatment in one of the development centers in the city of Krasnogorsk,” said a representative of the department.

Footage released to the media shows one of the speech specialists holding the child and beating him with a piece of raw meat, throwing coffee beans in his face and showering him with flour.

The audit was initiated by the Chairman of the RF IC Alexander Bastrykin.

As part of the investigation, a procedural decision will be made. In parallel, information from the media is being studied by the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region.

Earlier, in a biology class in Tobolsk, eighth-graders were asked to solve the problem of the rate of cooling of a corpse.
