Russia - The FSSP commented on the information about the imposition of restrictions on Morgenstern's cars

Russia (bbabo.net), - The Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia commented on the information about the imposition of restrictions on the cars of the famous rapper Morgenstern. As follows from the official commentary of the service, the artist's property was not arrested, but, most likely, provisional measures were applied: cars are prohibited from being sold.

"In accordance with Federal Law No. 229-FZ of 02.10.2007 'On Enforcement Proceedings', in order to compel the debtor to execute a writ of execution, a bailiff may issue a ruling on a ban on registration actions in relation to his property," explained in the capital - The ban on the commission of registration actions is not a measure of enforcement, is of a security nature and is aimed at the safety of the debtor's property until he fulfills the requirements of the executive document.

Earlier, information appeared in the media that some restrictions were imposed on Morgenstern's cars. "For violations of traffic rules, fines totaling about 9,000 rubles were issued, as well as restrictions were imposed on certain property of Alisher," the rapper's lawyer told RIA Novosti. According to the defender, the fines were paid immediately after the information appeared.

Other media outlets reported that restrictions were placed on February 17 on the rapper's entire fleet. The cost of all cars, according to press estimates, is about 60 million rubles. As follows from the explanation of the bailiffs, after the payment of fines, interim measures will be automatically lifted.
