Russia (bbabo.net), - The court found three residents of Arkhangelsk, who worked as collectors, guilty of intentionally damaging someone else's property causing significant damage, as well as unauthorized causing significant harm with the use of violence. This was reported by the prosecutor's office of the Arkhangelsk region.

It is also noted that this is the first court case in Arkhangelsk, as a result of which the employees of the collection agency received real terms.

It was established that the convicts created a stable organized criminal group to return the funds of borrowers to one of the microfinance organizations. According to the prosecutor's office, in 2015 and 2016 they held various positions in the Arkhangelsk division of Home Money LLC.

Collectors used illegal methods of influencing clients - threats, physical violence, damage to property, production and public placement of leaflets with offensive, intimidating content. They also disseminated defamatory information about borrowers on the Internet, put disgraceful inscriptions on the doors of their apartments and on the walls of the entrances.

The court sentenced the defendants to imprisonment depending on the severity of the guilt - from 1 year 8 months to 2 years 6 months with a term to be served in a colony-settlement.
