Kovalenko added that he knew the names of those who could organize the disruption of his speech, but he could not yet voice them.

The Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region reported that doctors from the state psychiatric service did not visit the Kolyvan deputy.
“Firstly, there is no medical organization with the name “Regional Psychiatric Hospital” in the region. Secondly, the psychiatric hospital does not have its own mobile service. Such calls are served by specialized psychiatric ambulance teams. On February 22, the staff of the emergency department of the Kolyvan Central District Hospital, as well as the doctors of the Novosibirsk ambulance station, did not leave for the session of the Council of Deputies of the Kolyvansky District.
